How do I upload clothes to my wardrobe?
Tap the "+" button on the Wardrobe screen, then choose to take a photo or select from your gallery.
You can upload multiple items at once for faster setup. Our AI will automatically analyze and categorize your items.
What's the difference between Free, Basic, and Premium plans?
Free: 5 total outfit suggestions, up to 20 wardrobe items
Basic: Unlimited outfit suggestions, up to 100 wardrobe items, shopping suggestions
Premium: Everything in Basic plus travel packing assistant, color matching, and priority support
How do I get outfit suggestions?
On the Wardrobe screen, tap the lightbulb icon (💡), choose your suggestion type (Outfit, Shopping, or Travel),
then select the occasion or event type. Our AI will create a personalized suggestion based on your wardrobe.
Can I delete items from my wardrobe?
Yes! On the Wardrobe screen, tap the checkmark icon (✓) to enter selection mode.
Select the items you want to delete, then tap the Delete button. You can delete multiple items at once.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → FitEdit → Cancel Subscription
Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → FitEdit → Cancel Subscription
Or tap "Manage Subscription" in the app's subscription screen.
Will I lose my wardrobe if I cancel my subscription?
No! Your wardrobe data is safe. If you cancel Premium or Basic, you'll downgrade to Free tier with limited features,
but your clothes and data remain intact. However, on Free tier, you can only store up to 20 items.
How does the AI analyze my clothes?
Our AI uses advanced computer vision to identify clothing types, colors, patterns, and styles.
It then uses this information to create outfit combinations that match your personal style and the occasion you're dressing for.
What is the Travel Packing Assistant?
The Travel Packing Assistant (Premium only) helps you plan what to pack for trips.
Enter your destination, trip duration, and packing style (minimalist/balanced/comfortable),
and our AI will suggest items from your wardrobe that work well together for your trip.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Install FitEdit on your new device and log in with the same account.
Then go to the Subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.
Your subscription will be automatically restored.

Photos not uploading
1. Check that you've granted FitEdit camera and photo library permissions
2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection
3. Try uploading fewer photos at once
4. Make sure the photo file size isn't too large (max 10MB per photo)
AI suggestions seem off
1. Make sure you've uploaded clear, well-lit photos of your clothes
2. Upload more items to give the AI more options to work with
3. The more you use FitEdit, the better it understands your style

Can't complete profile setup
You need to select your country and city to use FitEdit.
This helps us provide accurate weather-based recommendations and local fashion insights.
Go to Profile → Select Country → Select City to complete setup.
